What is standing on itThe city's own building footprints for the parcel: how many buildings, what kind, how many storeys, how much ground each covers, and the name it goes by. The county roll carries no year built, no floor area and no storey count, so this is that half of the record.

Complaints and violationsAllegations and findings, counted separately and dated — with abatement status.

The building on the county rollAlameda County's assessed land, improvement and net value across seven fiscal years, the exemptions on it, and the date of the last recorded document. Under Proposition 13 the run is a staircase that breaks on a sale, and the report shows the break.

Every caveatThe report's refusals are documented, which is what makes the rest of it quotable.

Nothing here needs a compliance read. The report contains no scores, grades or rankings — no safety rating, no school grade, no neighborhood letter. Those are the classic proxies for what the Fair Housing Act protects, and this product refuses them by design: you get counts, comparisons and sources.
