Registers the city does not publish
- Rent stabilization. The RSO exists; a readable register of covered units does not. No rent-control finding is made.
- 311. Not on the open-data portal as a live feed.
- Evictions. No public feed of notices. Nothing about tenancy is claimed.
- A trade split, until September 2026. The department publishes its electrical permits as their own feed and its mechanical feed by permit type, so the report now reads electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-sprinkler and elevator permits on the parcel. What it still does not read is the permit history before 1988, which the city does not publish.
- Lot size. The county's public roll carries floor area but not lot area. The card leaves it blank rather than inferring it.
What the report does instead
Each absence is named on the report itself, in the section that would have held it, so an empty space never reads as a clean bill. A register that did not answer is marked unread, which is a different thing from a register that answered with nothing.
