A layer that maps no zone here says so; one that did not answer is marked unread rather than counted as clear.

Nothing here needs a compliance read. The report contains no scores, grades or rankings — no safety rating, no school grade, no neighborhood letter. Those are the classic proxies for what the Fair Housing Act protects, and this product refuses them by design: you get counts, comparisons and sources.
