The building on the county rollSan Diego County's assessed land and improvement value, the unit count and lot acreage, and the date of the last recorded document that anchored the value. Under Proposition 13 that date is what the number is anchored to.
What was reported and approved on the blockPolice incident reports, 311 service requests and development approvals issued within the radius, by year and category, each against what an average San Diego area of the same size records. The city publishes these as files, so each count says the day its copy was taken.
