The building on the county rollSan Diego County's assessed land and improvement value, the unit count and lot acreage, and the date of the last recorded document that anchored the value. Under Proposition 13 that date is what the number is anchored to.
What was reported and approved on the blockPolice incident reports, 311 service requests and development approvals issued within the radius, by year and category, each against what an average San Diego area of the same size records. The city publishes these as files, so each count says the day its copy was taken.
What is coming nearbyThe approved pipeline within your radius, in net units, before it is cranes.
What changed hands nearbyEvery parcel within the radius whose most recent recorded document falls in the window, with its assessed value. California discloses no sale price, so the figure is the assessment, which resets to the price on transfer.
Zoning and the community planThe base zone with the ordinance that set it and the date it took effect, and the community plan the address falls in — which governs what may be built here more tightly than the zone does.
