What was reported and approved on the blockPolice incident reports, 311 service requests and development approvals issued within the radius, by year and category, each against what an average San Diego area of the same size records. The city publishes these as files, so each count says the day its copy was taken.
Zoning and the community planThe base zone with the ordinance that set it and the date it took effect, and the community plan the address falls in — which governs what may be built here more tightly than the zone does.
Pest and infestation noticesRodent, cockroach and bedbug citations, split from general sanitation — the same signal, for a different trade.
The ground under it, and the fire above itThe state's fire hazard severity zone and whose responsibility area it falls in, the region's copy of the federal floodplain with its panel, mapped steep slope, any mapped active fault, whether a recorded wildfire has reached the point, and the evacuation zone an order would name. A layer that maps no zone here says so; one that did not answer is marked unread rather than counted as clear.
