The department that holds each record
Each line names the body, what it publishes, and its own page. Where the city runs a service line the number is the service line; no other number appears here, because a wrong one is worse than none.
- Building & Housing — permits, violation notices, condemnations, rental registration, lead-safe certification, the Certificate of Disclosure. clevelandohio.gov/…/building-housing. Every permit and violation in a report links to the city's own record on its Accela tracker.
- Cleveland 311 — service requests since February 2024: dumping, vacancy, street issues. Dial 311 inside the city. clevelandohio.gov/311.
- Division of Police — incident reports, published to the block. clevelandohio.gov/…/police.
- Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office — the parcel roll: certified value, abatement, land use, the last transfer. cuyahogacounty.gov/fiscal-officer; look a parcel up on MyPlace.
- Cleveland Housing Court — where a condemnation or a failure to register ends up. clevelandhousingcourt.org.
- Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition — the certification programme behind the lead-safe register. leadsafecle.org.
- Landmarks Commission — the city's own designations, which a National Register listing is not. clevelandohio.gov/…/landmarks-commission.
- The open-data portal — every feed this report reads. data.clevelandohio.gov.
